Agroadvantage Farmer Producer Company Limited

Brahmhangaon is a good place to be, and we are right there at 598 Sambhaji Chauk. We are based out of Ramvrav Namdev Ahire’s place. Agroadvantage Farmer Producer Company Limited sounds like a big name, but in reality, it’s just a few of us from the Satana area working together. We spend our days checking the crops and looking at the weather reports on our phones. The office at the Chauk stays busy, especially when it’s time to bring in the harvest. We manage the local produce and make sure the trucks are loaded correctly. It gets quite loud with the traffic passing by the Chauk, but we don’t mind the noise much. We aren't trying to be a huge company; we just want to help the farmers in this part of the district get things done. My cousin keeps the books, and the rest of us are usually out in the fields or at the warehouse. Satana has a specific way of doing things, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Sometimes the old equipment fails, or the rain doesn’t come when it’s supposed to, but we just keep going anyway. It’s a lot of sweat and a bit of luck. We’ve been here for a while now, and it feels right to be working for ourselves in our own village. We just try to keep things moving and stay practical about life.
