Aaru Agro Farms Producer Company Limited is based at House No 682/2 in Mungase. That is in the Malegaon area. It is a quiet place, mostly surrounded by farms and open land. The house is where we do all our work. We don't have a lot of furniture, just the basics like a couple of desks and some chairs for when the members come to visit. The walls are plain and there aren't any decorations. We focus on what is happening in the fields outside. Malegaon has a lot of farming activity, so there is always something to talk about. We spend our days looking at the crops and talking to the local men and women who grow them. It is not a complicated business. We keep track of what is being produced and try to help with the logistics of it all. Sometimes the roads to Mungase are hard to travel on, especially during the monsoon, but we stay put. We are just local people who know the land. There is no corporate ladder here, just a group of us in a house trying to keep things organized. We eat our lunch together and talk about the rain. It is a very normal, everyday kind of life. We don't pretend to be anything we are not. We are just here in Mungase doing our bit.
