Aaram Parisar Farmers Producer Company Limited is based in the village of Kandhane. Our main spot is House Number 223, which is located in Bank Galli in the Baglan taluka. It’s a small place, but it’s where we get things done. Most of us here are small-scale farmers who have been working the soil for generations. We realized that if we didn't start working together, it would be harder and harder to survive in the market. So we formed this company. It’s not about being some big corporate entity. It’s just about us farmers having a way to buy things in bulk and maybe get a better price for what we grow. The office in Bank Galli is simple. We meet there in the evenings after we are done with the physical labor of the day. We talk about the crops, the water levels, and the prices. There’s no marketing fluff here. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the harvest is poor and we have to figure out how to manage. Other times we have a good year. We don't have any fancy mission or anything. We just want to keep farming and make sure the next generation can do it too. It’s a quiet village life and we are just trying to make it a little bit better for everyone in our small group.
