A-1 Pipes Co. is located at Plot No. B-263 in the Malegaon MIDC area of Sinnar. Being in an MIDC zone means we are surrounded by other industrial businesses. It is a hardworking area with a lot of trucks coming and going all the time. Our plot, B-263, is where we keep all our inventory and do our daily work. We’ve been operating out of Sinnar for some time now. The place isn't meant for tourists; it’s a functional space for pipes and heavy materials. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find us wearing work clothes and moving things around the yard. It’s a straightforward business where the focus is on the stock we have on hand. We don't spend money on glossy ads or anything like that. Most of our work comes from being here and having what people in the industrial sector need for their jobs. The roads around Malegaon MIDC can get a bit rough during the rainy season, but that’s just part of being in this kind of zone. We open early and stay until the work is done. A-1 Pipes Co. is just a name on a sign at the front of the plot. We are just regular people making a living in Sinnar. There’s no big corporate story, just a lot of pipes and a lot of work that needs to be done every single day. If you need to stop by, we are usually around during the normal daylight hours.
