We’re based out in Kin-Gaon, Wardali Bk, in the Sindkhed Raja area. Shri Bhaskar Kisan Palwe’s place is where we set up shop. It’s deep in the farming belt, so we’re right where we need to be. Most of our day is spent dealing with agro matters, from checking the quality of what’s coming in to figuring out where it’s going next. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a straightforward operation. We started this because we saw that working together made more sense than trying to do everything alone. It’s a lot of coordination. You’ve got to talk to the suppliers, the growers, and the buyers. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized, but we always find a way to fix it. We aren't some polished company from the city. We’re local people who know the land and the people who work it. We spend our time in the dirt and in the small office we’ve got. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We just want to keep things going and make sure the farming stays viable around here. There’s no big secret to what we do, it’s just persistence and keeping a close eye on the details. We’re just trying to run a decent business that helps the folks in Sindkhed Raja. Every day is a new challenge, and we just face it as it comes.
