Gangaprabha Agro Producer Company Limited

Our small office is over at Munna Gangadhar Khade’s place in Sahyog Nagar. Kandhar is where we all live and work every day. We set up Gangaprabha Agro Producer because the farmers around here needed a way to work together instead of trying to do everything alone. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or shiny floors; it’s just a room where we meet and talk about crops and prices. We handle whatever the land gives us. Some days are slow when the weather is bad, and other days we can't keep up with the work. We grow things, we pack things, and we try to get a fair deal for everyone involved in the process. It’s a lot of manual work and dusty boots. Sahyog Nagar is a quiet area mostly. We don’t have a website or anything fancy like that. If someone needs to find us, they just ask around for Munna’s house. We talk a lot about seeds and rain and how the soil is doing this year. It's a group effort with the local families. We have our meetings there on the porch or inside if it’s raining. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just farm and try to sell what we grow. It’s been this way for a bit now. We keep our records in notebooks and try to stay ahead of the bills. It’s just us doing the best we can with the land.
