Anbu Arts & Science College

We are located at Anbu Arts & Science College on New Pallipalayam Road in Komarapalayam. It is in the Tiruchengode area, postcode 638183. The college is right there on the road, so we see all the traffic passing by every single day. It is a busy spot, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. The campus has several buildings where the different departments are housed. We spend our time moving between the classrooms and the small staff rooms. It is a very normal college environment. There is no corporate polish here; we have some chipped paint on the walls and the fans hum quite loudly in the heat of the summer. We handle all the student work ourselves, from the registrations to the exam forms. It is a lot of paper and pens. Most of the students come from nearby towns and use the local buses to get here. We have a small canteen where everyone goes for a break or a quick snack. The staff here are just regular people who have been working in education for a long time. We do not have a big marketing department writing things for us. We just tell people where we are and what we do. It is a straightforward place for getting a degree. We keep the gates open during the day and lock them up tight at night. It is just how things work here.
