Being right on Tiruchengodu Main Road means we see a lot of traffic every day. Our college in Namakkal focuses on training people who want to become teachers. It’s a big responsibility because these students will eventually be in charge of their own classrooms. We spend our days going over lesson plans and talking about how to manage a group of kids. The building is functional and stays pretty busy during the term. Namakkal is a town where people work hard, and we try to match that energy here. You’ll see students sitting under the trees reading or groups talking in the hallways between their sessions. We have a lot of paperwork to keep up with, like any college does, but the real heart of it is just the daily interactions. It’s not always quiet, especially with the road noise outside, but it’s home to us. We’ve had many batches pass through these doors now. Some go off to teach in big cities and others stay right here in the district. It’s interesting to see where everyone ends up. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising or anything like that. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by just driving past on the main road. We’re just here doing our bit for education in this part of the state without making a big fuss.
