Selvam College Of Technology

Selvam College of Technology is situated on Salem Road, right along NH-7 in the Ponnusamy Nagar area of Pappinaickenpatti. It’s a large campus because we need the space for all the different technical departments. Being right on the national highway makes it easy for buses to get here, but the sound of the traffic is always in the background. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the students arrive from across Namakkal. The buildings are functional and spread out across the grounds. We have some open areas with grass and trees where students sit between their lab sessions. It’s not a fancy resort; it’s a place for technical work. The labs are filled with equipment that gets used every single day. We don’t have a polished corporate office. Our admin area is usually full of students asking about their schedules or exams. The staff here are focused on their specific subjects. We have a canteen that gets very crowded at lunch, serving basic meals to everyone. It is just a regular college environment. We deal with the usual issues like broken fans or internet lags, but we just fix them and move on. It is a place where young people come to learn a trade or get a degree before they head out to find work. It’s a very straightforward and practical institution.
