Pathi Karamtot

Pathi Karamtot is situated at H. No. 3-71 in Nagaradubba Thanda. This little settlement is part of Veeraboinapally village. We fall under the Gundlapally, or Dindi, Mandal in the state of Telangana. It’s quite a long address for such a small place. Our daily life is very connected to the local land and the people living in the thanda. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Work happens right here at the house. The area is mostly rural, so we see a lot of farming activity all around us. We spend our time managing the small tasks that come up. It’s not a fast-paced environment at all. We follow the rhythm of the seasons. In the summer it gets very hot, and in the monsoon the paths get muddy, but that’s just how it is in Veeraboinapally. We don’t have a website or a marketing plan. People know us by our name and our house number. We’ve lived here for generations. Our work is just part of being a member of this community. We wake up early, drink some tea, and get to whatever needs doing. There is no pressure to be anything other than what we are. It’s a simple, modest existence in a quiet corner of Telangana. We like the peace and the fact that we know all our neighbors. It’s a good place to be. We have stayed here because it feels right to us.
