Anjanapalli Sudarshanam

Working out of Lakkavaram is different than being in the big city. My place is at H.No.4-165, and since it is a village, everyone knows who is doing what. I have been handling things here for a while, mostly dealing with what people in Huzurnagar and the surrounding areas need. It is not a big corporate setup with a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, it is just me answering the phone or talking to whoever walks up to the door. The house and the work area kind of blend together after all these years. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoons, so I just sit out on the porch for a bit until it comes back on. You learn to work around those things when you live in T.S. countryside. There is a lot of paperwork sometimes, and other days it is just manual labor. I don't really have a fancy philosophy about it. I just do the work that needs doing today so I can do more tomorrow. The village is quiet most of the time, except when there is a festival or something going on at the local temple. People stop by to chat as much as they do for business. It is a slow pace, but the work gets done eventually. I keep my ledger books by the window where the light is good. It is a simple life and a simple way to run a business without any of the noise from the city.
