If you’re looking for us, we’re right opposite Suguna Junior College on Kids Public School Road. Kodad can get pretty busy, and this specific road in Huzurnagar always has something going on. Our school, Anjali School Of Excellence, is right in the middle of it all. The name sounds a bit formal, but really, we’re just a bunch of teachers and students trying to get through the curriculum. We have a gate that sticks a little bit in the rainy season, and the front yard is where all the bicycles end up by nine in the morning. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of chalk on boards and kids reciting their lessons. We don't have those big air-conditioned halls you see in the cities. We have desks that have seen better days and walls covered in charts the students made themselves. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud enough that we have to close the windows, even if it gets stuffy. The staff here is mostly local people who have been in teaching for years. We know the families around here, and we see the older siblings heading off to the junior college across the way. It’s a simple routine of lessons, lunch, and a bit of play before everyone heads home. We just try to keep things organized and make sure everyone is where they should be when the bell rings. It's just a regular school day for us every day.
