Bora Food Plaza

Up here in Mukteshwar, things move a little slower than in the big cities. Bora Food Plaza is our small place in the Kumaon region of Nainital. We are situated right in the middle of Mukteshwar, serving locals and people passing through the hills. 263138 is our pin code, and most people around here know us just by the name. It’s a simple food plaza. We make meals that fill you up after a long day in the mountains. We don't have a big staff or a fancy kitchen setup. It's just us cooking what we know. The weather changes fast up here, so we try to keep the place warm and welcoming for anyone who stops by. We’ve seen many travelers come through Mukteshwar over the years. Some are just passing to see the views, others are staying nearby. We focus on getting the food out on time and making sure the kitchen is clean. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We just like running a food business in our hometown. It’s quiet most of the time, except for the peak tourist seasons. We handle the shopping for ingredients ourselves, often getting what’s available locally. It’s a practical way to run a business in the Kumaon hills. If you're in the area, you'll find us easily enough. We’re just a regular part of the Mukteshwar community and we plan to stay that way for a long time.
