Zecon India Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur is based at Plot No. 152 in Vivikanad Nagar, right along Wardha Road. We’ve been here for several years now, and it’s a location that serves us well. Wardha Road is a major route, so it’s always busy, but we’re used to the constant hum of traffic. Our office isn’t some polished corporate headquarters. It’s a practical space where we can focus on our technical work. We have a modest setup with enough room for our files and the few people we have here. There aren't any mission statements on the walls or big marketing slogans. We just come in and get through the projects we’re handling. Vivikanad Nagar is a decent neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know the other businesses around us. Most of our day is spent looking over plans or dealing with the admin side of being a private limited company. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we know how to do. We don’t go for flashy signs or expensive furniture. We prefer to keep things simple and functional. Being in Nagpur has been good for us, and this plot on Wardha Road is where everything happens. People usually find us because they know the name or have been told where we are. It’s a solid, straightforward operation that doesn't need a lot of extra fuss to keep moving forward. We just try to do right by the people we work with.
