You will find the office for Zamindar Townships India Private Limited over at the Syed Shainazsultana Apartments in Suleman Nagar. We are on the first floor, using Plot No-2 and 13. It is a bit of a weird setup for an office, being in an apartment building, but it works for what we need. We deal with township planning and land work mostly. That means a lot of walking around outside and looking at different plots of land. Suleman Nagar has its own way of doing things, and we have grown used to the noise and the people. Our office is usually covered in big maps and old folders that we have kept for years. We are not the type of people to use big words or give fancy presentations to look important. We just explain what needs to be done and then we try our best to do it. It takes a lot of patience to work with land and townships. Sometimes things move really slowly with the government offices, but we just stay on top of it as much as we can. We have been around for a while now, watching the town grow bigger and bigger. We are just regular people who decided to start a company. We handle the daily chores, answer the phone, and keep the wheels turning. It is not always perfect here, but we are honest with people.
