You can find us in Flat 302 of the Morya Apartment building in Nagpur. We are located on Plot 169-170 in the Beltarodi area. It is a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet during the day. YUG INFRAVENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is not a big corporate operation. We are just a few people working out of this flat to keep our projects on track. It feels a bit like home, which is nice when you are working long hours. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and site managers. Nagpur is growing fast, and there is always something new happening in Beltarodi. Our office is pretty basic, with just some desks and a few computers. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area if we need more space. It’s a very practical way to do things. We don't want to spend money on a fancy office when we could be putting that into our projects. Most people who work with us know that we are straightforward and don't like to waste time. We handle the infra side of development, making sure things are built on solid ground. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it one day at a time. We’re just regular folks trying to do a good job in our city and keeping things honest.
