WINDSON CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are up on the 4th floor of Balaji Corporate Park here in Nagpur. Windson Constructions Private Limited is the name on the door at Plot No 92. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens now and then on the hotter days. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working right. Most of the time we are out on the field, but this is where we come to figure out the numbers and the plans for the next week. It’s an urban area, so things are always moving and it gets pretty noisy with the traffic below. We have a few desks and a table for meetings that usually last longer than they should because we start talking about other things. There isn’t much in the way of decoration, just some maps of the city and some old calendars on the walls. We’ve been in this part of Nagpur for some time. We know the local suppliers and the guys who deliver the cement to our sites. Sometimes things go wrong, a truck doesn't show up or a plan needs changing last minute because of a mistake. We just deal with it and move on. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We grab lunch from the street vendors downstairs most days because it's fast.
