Wemaks Buildcon Private Limited is based in Nagpur at Plot No. 02 in Rashtriya Society. We are located near Borgaon, right off the Gorewada and Katol Roads. It is a nice area, a bit quieter than the very center of the city, which makes it easier for us to focus. Being near Gorewada Road is helpful because it lets us move around the outskirts for our various building projects. We mostly handle construction and buildcon work. The office is inside the society itself, so it feels more like a local neighborhood business than a cold, glass office building. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and making sure our crews have the tools they need for the day. Nagpur is growing quite fast, and there is always something new being built in the blocks near us. We don’t have any flashy signs or a big marketing budget to speak of. We just focus on the physical work. Sometimes the summer heat in Nagpur makes the site work slow down quite a bit, but we push through it anyway. Our team is just a few people who have been doing this for a long time. We handle the planning and the actual building part too. It is a simple setup, but it gets the job done for us. (237 words)
