Vmaar Infraventures Private Limited is over on WHC Road in Nagpur. Our office is at Plot No M5 on the first floor. Tatya Tope Nagar is a pretty central area, so there is always a lot going on. The office is a functional space where we handle all our infraventures. It gets really hot in Nagpur, so we usually have the fans and the AC going full blast all day. We have a lot of big tables for looking at site plans and a shelf full of old project binders. It’s not a polished place. We have some basic furniture and a few computers that have seen better days. Usually, the office is a bit messy with paper and site samples. We spend our mornings talking to contractors and checking on the progress of our various jobs. WHC Road is a busy stretch, so there is plenty of noise from the street. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who know the infrastructure business well. We mostly just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on schedule. It is a very practical way of working. People drop in to talk about land or construction, and we just sit down and hash it out. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way because it is real.
