Vidarbha Aluminum & Glass

We’ve been at Adarsh Colony for a bit now. It is just Vidarbha Aluminum & Glass. Mostly we just deal with window frames and glass sheets for houses nearby. It is noisy sometimes with the saws. People come in with measurements, usually written on scraps of paper or just a text on their phone. We try to get it right the first time, but every now and then a cut is slightly off and we have to start over. Sometimes we run out of a certain thickness of glass, so we have to wait for the delivery truck to show up from the city. My hands have a few nicks from the edges, but that is just part of the job. We are not a big factory or anything like that. It is just the shop at No. 97. If you need a mirror cut or a frame fixed, that is what we do here. The floor is usually covered in dust and tiny glass bits, so we have to sweep a lot. It is a pretty busy neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for deliveries to pull up. We just keep going anyway. It is not fancy here, just some racks of aluminum and a big cutting table that has seen better days. Neighbors know us by name. We do not spend money on ads. Word of mouth works okay for us. Most days it is just about getting the orders finished before it gets dark. The lights in the shop aren’t the brightest but we manage.
