Ultimate Glass & Aluminium

You can find us at No. 02 in Adarsh Nagar, right on the Umredh Road. It is a busy stretch of road and there is always a lot of dust blowing in from the traffic. We spend our days surrounded by sheets of glass and lengths of aluminum frames. It is a small shop, so we have to be very careful where we step so we don't break anything or cut ourselves. The sound of the glass cutter scoring a line is something we hear hundreds of times a day. We also have a saw for the aluminum that makes a loud screeching noise every time it goes through the metal. Most of the work involves taking precise measurements and then making sure the pieces fit together perfectly. If we are off by even a few millimeters, the whole thing is useless. We often have people from the neighborhood stopping by to ask for a small piece of glass for a picture frame or to fix a window at home. The floor is covered in tiny metal shavings that we have to sweep up constantly. We don't have fancy displays; it is just a working shop with tools scattered on the benches. It gets quite hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop. We just keep our heads down and focus on finishing the orders that are stacked up. It is honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
