It’s a relatively quiet residential area compared to the city center, which we actually prefer for our office work. We do a lot of infrastructure and construction related tasks around the Nagpur region. Our setup is quite simple. We have a small office on the plot where we keep all our records and meet with our partners. We aren't the type to use big marketing slogans or try to sound more important than we are. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a solid job on every site we manage. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we have to plan our outdoor work very carefully to keep everyone safe. Most of our staff are local people who understand the area well. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; word of mouth has always been enough for us. Sometimes things get messy on construction sites, and there are always delays you can't predict, but we just deal with them as they happen. We like the straightforward nature of the infra business. It’s about moving earth and building things that last. We’re just a small part of the local industry here and we’re happy with that.
