Our office is called Vighnaharta, and it is located at number 36 in Yashoda Nagar, right off the Hingna Road in Nagpur. It is a busy area because of all the industrial activity nearby, so there are always trucks and vans moving around on the main road. Our building is a basic two-story structure, and we use the space for all our technical and logic-based work. Inside, you will see a lot of computers and several racks of servers that hum all day long. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, so we have to be very careful about keeping the rooms ventilated and the fans running. The team here is pretty small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't follow any strict corporate rules; we just show up and handle whatever tasks are on the schedule for that day. The gate at the front of the property is a bit rusty and can be hard to pull open in the mornings. We have a small kitchen area where we keep our tea supplies and some biscuits. The walls are mostly covered with whiteboards that are full of diagrams and notes from our brainstorming sessions. It’s a practical, honest place to work without any of the frills you might find in a bigger city. We like being in Yashoda Nagar because it feels like a real, working part of the city. We just do our best to stay on top of the technology.
