Parth Infotech is located out in Midc Butibori in Nagpur. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly full of factories and industrial plants. We’ve been based here for a while, providing IT support and services to the businesses around us. Our office is a simple place where we keep our tools, spare parts, and a few workbenches. It's simple. We aren't one of those high-tech companies with a fancy glass building in the city center. We are right here where the industrial work happens. Most of our day is spent fixing hardware, setting up networks, or trying to figure out why a particular piece of software isn't behaving. It can be a bit dusty out here in Butibori, but it’s where we are needed. We have a small team of people who just really know their way around a computer. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers; we just tell them what’s wrong and how we can fix it. Sometimes we have to travel out to a client's site, so the office might be empty for a few hours. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing that we do honest work. It’s a regular job for us and we enjoy the challenge of solving a new problem every day. That's the truth.
