Our shop, Jaydev Infotech, is at Shop No. 8 in the Orange City Tower. We are located in the Dhantoli area, which is pretty central. Patrakar Bhavan is just a short walk away. The building itself is a bit older and has a lot of different businesses in it. Inside our shop, it’s a bit of a mess with computer parts everywhere. We have shelves with keyboards, mouse pads, and motherboards. It’s not a high-end electronics store. It’s a place where we actually fix things. You’ll often see us with a screwdriver in hand, taking a laptop apart. The lighting isn't the best, but we have some desk lamps for the detailed work. We don't have a receptionist, so when you walk in, you’re talking directly to the people who do the work. Dhantoli can get quite crowded, and parking is sometimes a headache for our customers. We’ve been here for several years and have a lot of regulars from the nearby offices. We don't spend money on advertising; people usually find us because someone told them we could fix their computer. We have a small stool for customers to sit on while they wait. It’s a very informal environment. We just do our best to get the repairs done quickly so we can move on to the next one. Most days we are just buried in cables and hardware. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of the city.
