Jk Info Tech Solutions is located in the Rajkamal Complex over in Dhantoli. We’ve been working out of this office for some time now. It’s a pretty standard setup with computers, cables, and a lot of coffee. We handle various tech tasks and solutions for people who need them. Dhantoli is a good place to be because it’s central and easy for folks to get to. We aren't a big, polished firm with fancy receptionists. It’s usually just one of us answering the door or picking up the phone. We spend our time troubleshooting or setting up systems. It’s work that requires a lot of sitting and thinking. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours but that’s just part of the job. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If someone needs a new setup, we put it together. We like being in the Rajkamal Complex because there are other businesses around and it feels like a community. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. Most days are pretty quiet until something urgent comes up. Then it’s all hands on deck. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who trust us with their tech. It's about getting things right and moving on to the next thing. We appreciate the folks who come to us. We’ve been here in Dhantoli long enough that it feels like home now.
