VDMS BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Nagpur, specifically in the Jaytala area. We are located at Plot No. 26 in the Bhange Layout, right off Jaytala Road. It’s a bit of a suburban feel out here compared to the very center of the city. Our office is on a regular plot where we have set up our buildcon operations. We don’t have a high-rise office or anything like that. It’s more of a ground-level setup which makes it easier for us to move equipment or materials if we need to. Jaytala Road has been seeing a lot of changes lately, and being in Bhange Layout puts us right in the middle of it. The office itself is pretty plain. We have the usual stuff—desks, a few computers, and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office is mainly for when we need to sit down and figure out the numbers or talk to suppliers. It’s a local business run by local people. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take on building projects and try to get them done properly. Sometimes the dust from the road blows in, and the layout can get a bit muddy when it rains, but we are used to that. It’s an honest place to work.
