If you go to Hill Road in Gokulpeth, you’ll find us in the Chintamani Apartment at Plot No. 50/A. We are in F-05. Nagpur is our home and we’ve been operating Vardan Build Infra Trade from here for several years. The area is quite central, which makes it easy to get around the city. We do a mix of things, from infrastructure projects to some trading in building materials. It’s a busy life. Nagpur can get incredibly hot in May, so we usually start our site visits very early in the morning. Our office is just a regular apartment converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable enough but gets crowded with all the samples and technical books. We don't have a receptionist or anything. Usually, one of us just answers the door. We started this company because we saw how much Nagpur was growing. There’s always a new road or a new apartment block going up. We wanted to be a part of that. It’s not always easy, especially with the costs of materials going up and down all the time. But we’ve got a good group of guys who know what they’re doing. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us through friends or because they saw our sign on a site. It’s a straightforward business. We just keep moving forward with the work we have.
