We’ve been working out of our office at Flat 102 in the Shivganga Apartment building on Beltarodi road for a while now. It’s right there on Plot 1, Kh No 43/A/5. When we first set up Vandevi Construction And Infrastructureprivate Limited, things were pretty quiet around here. Most days are spent handling the regular paperwork and site visits that come with construction and infrastructure jobs. It gets busy, honestly. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We deal with various local projects and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. People often ask what exactly we do, and it’s mostly just the nuts and bolts of building things. There are plenty of challenges, like getting materials on time or dealing with the weather, but that’s just how this business is. We know the Beltarodi area pretty well by now. Our team isn't huge, but we’ve got people who have been around the block a few times. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and it takes a bit to get through it all. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we know. We mostly just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the dust and noise that comes with this line of work. It is a lot of back and forth between the site and the office, really. We just keep at it day by day.
