V N I T Ngapur

The VLSI Design Lab here at V. N. I. T. Nagpur is where we spend most of our time. It is tucked away inside the campus and stays pretty quiet except for the hum of the computers. Working with circuits and chip designs is what happens on these screens day after day. It is not like a regular office because we are always dealing with very small details that most people never see. The lab has rows of desks and old chairs that have been here for years. Maharashtra heat can be tough, but inside the lab, it stays cool enough to keep the machines running right. Students and staff come in early and often stay until the security guard tells us it is time to lock up. We have manuals piled up on the side tables and notebooks filled with diagrams that look like messy maps. Nagpur is a big city, but inside this specific lab, everything feels much smaller and focused. We are not trying to sell anything or make big promises to the world. We are just here to do the technical work that needs to be finished. Sometimes a simulation takes hours to run, so there is a lot of waiting around and drinking tea from the canteen. It is just a regular place for people who like to figure out how electronics work on a very deep level.
