UNIQUE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS LLP

We are over here at the Galleria Shopping Center in Powai, specifically at A-304 in Hiranandani Gardens. It is a busy spot but we manage to get things done from this office. Unique Construction Projects LLP has been around for a bit now, just handling various building jobs that come our way in the Mumbai area. It’s mostly about managing the site work and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially with the city traffic and keeping everything on schedule. We are just a small team of people who know how to put things together. Dealing with construction in a place like Mumbai means you have to stay on your toes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on progress. It’s not always pretty work, but someone has to do it. The office is usually filled with papers and plans spread across the desks. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the workload gets a little heavy. People know where to find us if they need something built or renovated. We don't do much fancy talking, we just focus on the actual building part. It’s a lot of coordination between the workers and the clients. We’ve been at this for a while and we just keep moving from one project to the next without much fuss. If you are around Powai, you probably passed by us already.
