Tychhexagon Technologies is located at Plot No.59 in the Rajaram Gruh Sanstha area of Aiyappa Nagar, right off Katol Road in Nagpur. Our office is in a residential neighborhood, which gives it a very different feel compared to a cold industrial park. It is a standalone plot where we have our desks and equipment set up to handle our tech work. Nagpur can get incredibly hot during the summer months, so our air conditioning unit works very hard most of the year. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, except for the occasional street vendor or local traffic on Katol Road. We have a small team, and we all know each other well, so the work environment is very relaxed. We don't have a HR department or a bunch of managers hovering over us. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. The office interior is pretty basic—just some sturdy tables, comfortable enough chairs, and a lot of hardware. We often have tea breaks outside near the gate to stretch our legs and get a break from the screens. It is a simple, honest way to run a business. We aren't interested in looking bigger than we are. We just provide a place for our staff to work on interesting problems without any unnecessary stress. Being in Aiyappa Nagar feels like being part of a real community, and we like that our daily work happens in such a grounded, local setting.
