The Sweet Salon

Being over here in the MIDC area of Nagpur means we see a lot of different people every single day. The Sweet Salon is just a simple spot for people to get their hair sorted out without any fuss. It's a bit of an industrial area around here, so things can get a little dusty on the outside, but we keep the inside tidy enough for the customers. Most of our regulars are folks who work in the nearby offices or the factories. They come in looking a bit tired after a long shift and leave looking a little cleaner. We are located right here in the 440016 area, so we're not too hard to find if you know the local roads. The shop isn't very large at all, just enough space for a few people to wait their turn and a couple of chairs for the actual cutting. We don't do anything too fancy or complicated, just the basic haircuts that people usually need. Sometimes we have a small radio playing in the background, mostly just the local stations. It’s funny how much you end up learning about the whole neighborhood just by listening to people talk while you cut their hair. Nagpur can be such a busy place, especially around MIDC, so having a quiet moment in the chair is nice for some of them. We’ve been at this for a while now. It’s just honest, simple work.
