Prashant Hair Salon

Prashant Hair Salon is at Plot No 6 on Sakkardara Road. We’re right there in the Sakkardara area of Nagpur, not far from Pratibha Classes. Because we’re so close to the coaching center, we get a lot of students coming in. They’re usually looking for something quick and cheap so they can get back to their books. It’s a simple shop. We’ve got a couple of chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years, and the walls are covered with a few old calendars and mirrors. Sakkardara Road is always buzzing with people and bikes. I usually stand outside for a bit in the mornings before we open just to see who’s around. We’ve been here a long time, so we know most of the people who live in the nearby blocks. It’s not a place where you’ll find anything too fancy or modern. We just do haircuts and shaves like we always have. Sometimes the students bring their friends and they all hang out while waiting. It gets a bit cramped, but it’s a good atmosphere. We don’t have a secretary or a booking system. You just show up, and if a chair is free, you sit down. If not, you wait a few minutes and chat. It’s just a regular neighborhood shop where everyone is welcome to drop by without making a big deal out of it.
