Out here at Plot No 86 in Ayyappa Nagar, things move at a steady pace. Thar Agro Products is based right here in Takli, and the location suits us well. Since we deal with agro products, being in this area makes sense for the kind of work we handle daily. The plot has enough space for us to manage what comes in and what goes out. You won't find any fancy receptionists or marble floors here. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, checking on things and making sure everything is in order. Some days are dusty, especially when there’s a lot of movement outside, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small office area where we keep the books and take calls. The neighborhood knows us, and we know the people around here. It feels like a community. We start the day by opening up the gates and seeing what the weather is like, since that often affects the work.
