Being right by the Bhaji Mandi in Kamptee means there is always noise and people moving around. New Agrotech India is tucked away in Quresh Nagar, not too far from Chaudhary Masjid. It’s a busy area, especially in the mornings when the market is full. We spend our days dealing with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes the inventory is piled high and it’s hard to walk through the aisle, but we know where everything is. It’s dusty work most of the time. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with shiny floors. We just have a small counter and some chairs that have seen better days. Usually, you’ll find one of us drinking water and checking the ledger. The heat in Kamptee can be something else, so the fan is always on high. We talk to the farmers and the locals who stop in. It’s a straightforward life. No one wears a tie here. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving heavy sacks or tools. If the phone rings, we answer it, but we prefer talking to folks face to face. It’s more personal that way. We’ve been at this for a bit and we just keep the doors open and do the work that needs doing. It’s not a complicated setup, just us in the thick of the market area trying to make it through the week.
