Our business is located in Shop-11 at Chaudhary Plaza. This is in the Ravi Nagar area, right near Kishan Nagar. It is a busy little plaza with lots of different shops all squeezed together. We have been in this spot for a few years now. It is a small space, but we make it work for what we need. We handle a variety of things depending on what our customers are looking for. It is just a couple of us working here most days. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. I’m usually the one opening the shutters in the morning and sweeping the floor. Being near Kishan Nagar means we get a lot of local foot traffic. People pop in just to ask a quick question or see what we have. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. The plaza can get a bit noisy when it’s busy, especially on the weekends. We have a small table in the back where we keep the kettle for making coffee. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We don't have a big fancy sign or expensive furniture. We just have our desks and our equipment. It is a straightforward operation and we like being part of the local community here in Ravi Nagar. Every day is a little bit different but we just take it as it comes.
