Our office is located in the Tapovan Shopping Complex over on Wardha Road. We’re in Flat No. 204, which is up on the second floor. Somalwada is a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Working out of a shopping complex is actually quite convenient for us. There are plenty of small shops nearby, so if we need anything like stationery or a quick bite to eat, we just step out for a minute. The space itself isn't huge, but it fits what we do perfectly. It’s got that lived-in feel you get when a group of people works together in the same room every day. We don’t really go for those modern office designs you see in magazines. It’s just a set of desks, some computers, and a few cupboards for our records. Most of our morning is spent answering emails and figuring out the day's schedule. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we manage. People often drop by asking for directions to other shops in the complex, and we’ve become a bit of a landmark for those who get lost. It’s a simple life here at Tech Ojas. We focus on our work and try to keep things as uncomplicated as possible. No big speeches or complicated rules here. Just a small team trying to do a good job in Somalwada. It is a bit crowded sometimes, but we like it.
