Our place, Swara Infotech, is situated at Plot No. -A P in Watoda, which is part of Mahesh Nagar. We are very close to the Swami Narayan Mandir, so we often hear the bells and see the crowds during festival times. It’s a nice part of town to work in. We started this business because we wanted to stay local. Our office is just a simple room with a few computers and some shelves. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished image. We’re just regular people who know a bit about technology. Most of the time, we are busy helping people from the neighborhood who have various tech issues. We use everyday English and don't try to confuse anyone with technical jargon. If we can't fix something, we just say so. It’s an honest way to run things. The walk to the main road takes about five minutes, and there are some good snack shops along the way. We’ve got a couple of old chairs for anyone who needs to wait, and there is usually a newspaper lying around. We don’t have any grand goals or big missions. We just want to keep the lights on and do right by our neighbors. It’s a quiet life for the most part, and we are quite happy with that. We know the people around here and they know us.
