Our office is on the second floor of 121/1 in Nagpur. It is a pretty simple setup for Svenska Technologies Pvt Ltd. We do not have a big lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. You just walk up the stairs and come in. Nagpur can get incredibly hot during the summer months, so we spend a lot of our time making sure the coolers are running right. It is a basic workspace with some desks and a lot of cables. We handle various technical jobs here and try to keep things organized without making it too complicated. The building is older and has a bit of character to it. We like being in Maharashtra and this part of Nagpur is familiar to us. There is nothing very flashy about how we operate. We just show up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home in the evening. Sentence lengths here vary because that is just how I talk. We have a small pantry where we make tea and chat about nothing in particular. It is a small team and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We do not have meetings for the sake of meetings. We just talk across the room if something needs to be fixed. It is a straightforward way to run a tech company and it seems to work out okay for us.
