Our company is based at the Mulik Complex on Wardha Road in Somalwada. We’re in the Samashish Bhavan building, specifically at tenement number 18. It’s a decent spot for a construction office because Wardha Road is a main artery here in the city. We focus mostly on the Nandura Motala Road projects, hence the name. It’s a lot of work involving roads and infrastructure, which means we’re often out in the sun and dealing with heavy machinery. The office is where we handle all the boring stuff like payroll and permits. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks and a lot of dust from the nearby road work. We’re a practical team. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, or a machine breaks down, and we just have to fix it and move on. That’s the reality of construction. We’ve been in the Somalwada area for a while now, and people know the Sudhir Constructions name. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not.
