We are based out in Nagpur, specifically in the Revti Nagar area. Our office is actually Row House No. 04 in Jai-Ram Colony. It is a nice, quiet residential spot which makes for a peaceful place to work. You won't find us in one of those tall glass buildings in the city center. We like it this way because it’s easier to manage the daily tasks for Sudatt Infra without the constant noise of heavy traffic. Inside the row house, we have converted the main rooms into our working area. There are desks for the team and a space where we keep all the project drawings. Nagpur can get incredibly hot during the summer, so we spent a good amount of time making sure the place stays cool enough to work in. Most of our work involves infrastructure projects around the region, so there is a lot of coming and going. We often have tea together in the small garden area out front when we need a break. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we think helps everyone stay relaxed. We don't follow any strict corporate protocols here. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Being in Jai-Ram Colony keeps us connected to the local neighborhood while we handle our business affairs. It’s a very straightforward, honest way to run a company for the people involved.
