Our base of operations is in Nagpur, specifically at Plot No. 305 in Abhyankar Nagar. Structiform Infrastructures Limited Liability Partnership is a bit of a mouthful, so we usually just keep it simple when we talk about what we do. We are involved in infrastructure, which basically means we are part of the team that builds the stuff people use every day. Our office in Nagpur is where the planning happens. It’s a regular building in a regular neighborhood. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just files, some computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites around the city and beyond. Infrastructure work is rarely clean or easy. It involves a lot of digging, pouring concrete, and dealing with various regulations. We just get on with it. The team here is small but we’ve worked together for a long time. We know how to get things done without making a big fuss. People in the area probably see us coming and going at odd hours. That’s just the nature of this kind of work. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary, and we are happy to be doing it here in Nagpur. We just try to keep our heads down and finish one project before moving to the next. It’s been a long journey so far.
