Spacewood Furnishers

Spacewood Furnishers is located at T-48 in the MIDC area on Hingna Road. It’s a large industrial zone, so we have plenty of space for the workshop. We make furniture here. Most days are spent cutting wood, sanding down edges, and putting pieces together. It’s noisy because of the saws and the various machines we use. We started out with just a few tools and now the floor is pretty full. We don’t have a fancy storefront with bright lights. Most of what we do is just manufacturing. The air is usually a bit thick with the smell of glue and sawdust. We’ve got a group of workers who know their way around a wood shop. They aren't wearing suits; they’re wearing aprons and work boots. We take the raw materials and turn them into things people can actually use in their homes or offices. Hingna Road is a bit out of the way for some, but it’s where the work gets done. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Usually, people see our furniture somewhere else and ask where it came from. We just focus on the pieces we're building that day. It’s practical work. Sometimes we get a big order that keeps us late, and other times it’s just the usual flow of items. We’re just a local furniture place trying to keep the machines running and the wood moving. That’s enough for us.
