Motif Inc.

You can find us at Unit-9, right by Octroi Post-1 on Koradi Road. We’re tucked in behind the Mahindra Motors building, so sometimes people miss the turn-off if they aren’t looking closely. Motif Inc. is basically just our workspace where we handle our daily operations. We aren't a big fancy corporation despite what the name might sound like to some folks. It’s a pretty functional space with concrete floors and high ceilings. We do a bit of everything here depending on what the day brings in. The area around Koradi Road has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings popping up, but we’ve stayed right here in our unit. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines and coffee. If someone comes by, they usually just walk straight into the work area and find one of us. We keep things informal because that’s how we like to work. There’s always some project being worked on or crates being moved around to make room. We don’t spend time on fancy presentations or mission statements. We just try to do the work that comes in and make sure it’s done right before it leaves the unit. It’s a steady pace and we’ve got a good rhythm going after all this time. When it rains, the sound on the metal roof is something else.
