We’ve got a small team here who knows their way around a saw and a hammer. Most days are spent talking to families who want a new bed or maybe a cupboard that will last them a lifetime. We don't believe in selling stuff that falls apart in a week. It’s just solid wood and honest labor. Being near the temple means we get a lot of foot traffic, especially during festival times. We like the community vibe of this neighborhood. Sometimes we just sit out front on a stool and chat with the neighbors while the varnish dries. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we enjoy seeing a piece of furniture go to a good home where it'll be used for years. It's messy work, but seeing a finished cabinet makes it worth it.
