Sonar Buildcon Private Limited is located on the Ring Road in Mankapur. Our office is in Flat No. 308 at the Rachna Vrindavan Apartments. Mankapur is a busy part of town, especially with the 440030 pin code area seeing more traffic lately. We have been involved in the building trade for a bit now. It is a tough business with a lot of competition, but we stay busy. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just local builders who know how to get a foundation poured. The office is usually full of blueprints and empty tea cups. We talk to a lot of different people, from workers to suppliers. Managing a construction site on the Ring Road has its challenges, mostly with the noise and the dust. We try to keep things organized, though it doesn't always go according to plan. That's just life in this industry. We aren't making big promises; we just show up and do the work. It’s about being there every day and making sure the materials are right.
