SKYVIISTAA CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at Plot Number C-12 in the Colba Swami Colony, which is right by Friends Colony in Nagpur. It is a quiet neighborhood, and that helps when we are trying to get the planning done. Skyviistaa Construction is a small operation. I started it as an OPC because I wanted to handle the building work my own way without too much bureaucracy. Construction is a tough business to be in, especially when the price of steel and cement keeps changing every week. I spend a lot of my time at the actual sites making sure the workers are doing things the right way. We do not have a big office with a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. It is mostly just me and a couple of helpers I have known for years. I keep all the files and the tools at the colony office. People in Nagpur know that word travels fast, so I just try to be honest about the work and how long it will take to finish. Sometimes the heat in Nagpur gets so bad that we have to stop all the work in the middle of the day. That is just how life goes here. I have lived in this city a long time, so I know the ground conditions and the local rules. We build houses and small shops mostly. If you want to talk about a project, you can find me at the plot.
