We work out of Renuka Enclave, specifically Flat 203 on the second floor. It’s tucked away in Yashoda Nagar over in Jaitala, Nagpur. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city center. Skylights Buildcon is just a handful of us. We use the flat as our main base for managing projects. Most days, the table is covered in site drawings and tea stains. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. We mostly work on local construction jobs around Nagpur. We’ve been through the hot summers here, which makes working on-site pretty tough, but we just start early to beat the heat. We aren't a corporate giant with a board of directors. It’s just us making sure the cement is mixed right and the walls go up where they’re supposed to. Sometimes we have issues with labor or getting the right parts, but we figure it out. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy brochures. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. If you’re ever near Keshav Niwara, you might see us coming and going with our measuring tapes and site boots. It’s a basic business. We value the fact that we know our neighbors and the people we build for. That’s just how we operate. We keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the actual building work and getting things finished.
