We are out here in Belgaon, which is part of the Umrer tehsil in Nagpur. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like the space. Skpk Developers Private Limited is a small private company run by people who actually live around here. We don’t have a big glass office building. We just build things and manage the land. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset sometimes. We aren't some big city firm coming in to change everything. We are just locals trying to help the area grow a bit. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we are patient. We take things as they come and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s just a way of life out here and we’re glad to be part of it.
